According to the U.S. legal glossary,

Habeas Corpus

requires law enforcement

to justify a prisoner's 

continued confinement;

this is guaranteed in the

U.S. Constitution!

U.S. Senator Hassan of

Massachusetts asked

Noem to define Habeas Corpus;

she offered a circular allowance

for Trump 2.0 to toss detainees

from our national borders even

to super-jails in El Salvador or

on a Naval Base in Cuba.

Hassan told the secretary,

"Hold On!"
