Bush Koch and the CEO of the

George and Barbara Bush Foundation

of Houston, Texas. 

Neither son, George W. Bush nor Jeb

attended the 

unveiling of the May 10, 2025 Postage Stamp

with the likeness of the First Lady

(1989 - 1992) : no other living FLOTUS

nor their husbands are expected to

attend or attend via Zoom:

Hilary Rodham Clinton nor Bill (POTUS 42);

Laura Bush;

Michelle (Robinson) Obama nor Barack (POTUS 44);

nor Dr. Jill Biden nor her husband Joe (POTUS 46).

Mrs. Bush died in 2018 at the age of 92; another

FLOTUS (Rosalynn Carter) died in Plains, GA

in 2023 and then-former FLOTUS Trump did

attend the funeral without her then-candidate
