Trump covers this $200 million Ballroom expansion to

allow for dancing crowds in the hundreds . . .

 The addition to the historic residence would allow him to

host events for +650 people.  

He has already paved over the White House Rose Garden

and restyled the Oval Office with baroque gold trim,

befitting Mar-A-Lago, his Florida golf course resort.

Many workers will be evicted from the East Wing

during construction.
