to allow Alaska among only a few states to get a "boost"
in the amount that the Fed.Govt. must pay to maintain
Medicare benefit and reimbursement
is NOT PERMITTED under the "reconciliation" (50-vote
majority stipulation of the "rules of Senate RULES".

John Thune (S. Dakota)
told POLITICO.com that
the GOP Senators will NOT
contest the recent ruling of
the non-partisan Parliamentarian
as far as the to-be-voted-on
legislation before the 100-member
group. Elizabeth MacDonough's
ruling that excludes from the omnibus
such controversial Trump-Vance
stratagems as Medicaid cuts despite
the need for that attempt to face
a 60-vote minimum for passage.
