Friday afternoon Judge William Allsup ruled that the
mid-February firings of Probationery employees --
union workers, lawsuit brought by nonprofit groups
those firings were illegal -- the cause
did NOT come from the agencies where
the employees themselves worked --
the PERSONNEL OFFICE should be
prohibited from doing such firing
the way it had done in early 2025.

5 p.m. Feb. 18 -- Probationery employees were on the
chopping block and 168 of the 1,450
career employees are no longer employed.
Trump and Musk continue to fire
scientists and public health employees.

They will no longer contribute to
findings on quantum computing, artificial
intelligence, and creation of new advanced
materials. . .
