Jury selection began Tuesday March 5, 2024 in Oakland County courtroom
Like his wife, Jennifer, James Crumbley is charged with 2nd degree manslaughter
due to gross negligence.
The 2021 shooting in which 4 students were killed and several others wounded
critically was one where the parents declined taking their son out of
school after a session with school counselors and principals.
