Miami Beach has canceled its annual Fire on the Fourth festival
to honor victims of the Surfside condo collapse.
Much of the emergency response to the tragedy
has used city streets and facilities, Miami Beach said.
The city asks its residents to light a candle at 4 p.m. on July 4,
wherever they happen to be,
to honor those affected by the building's collapse.
