Dr. Metzger appointment -- possible sinus infection or ear infection

Appointment with my doctor (Southwestern Medical Clinic, Niles office) - 9:30 a.m. today; having ear pain and swelling due to inflamed sinuses.  I will hear more from him as far as course of treatment - prescribed more powerful decongestant to bring down sinus drainage and side effects of this to-be-diagnosed infection.
