1441 Eagle Street (Precinct Two Polling Place) - 7 a.m. unified ballot

As I fulfilled the I.D. requirements at the Niles High School gym area, I took and voted upon what was a single "Straight Ticket" ballot for Michigan Primary voters in our county polling places -- all of us coming to vote this morning were asked to fill in with the supplied black marker pen the "Optical Scan" arrows that are machine-readable.  In addition to the legislature and gubernatorial candidates, there was a Millage Proposal for the local "Niles Dial-a-ride" which is subsidized transportation for in-town residents in this part of Niles & surrounding townships.  Those with transportation deficits and those who need work rides really need this service's provision.

More to be posted as far as ballot returns come closing of the vote process at 8 p.m. on August 3.  I hope that there are many ballots needed after the earliest was issued to me right at the 7 a.m. hour.
