totals came in at more than 150 million
across the eligible jurisdictions/precincts :
this means that close to 90 million
people (+18 years old and legally registered)
did not vote in the most recent Federal elections
(for Pres./VP, Governor's races, all House Representative,
and 1/3 of the U.S. Senate).
