Today I have a 1 - 2:30 p.m. class (site is 113 Bertrand Crossing: a computer lab for 20) with a roster of 20 students registered for English Composition I. They are a blend of men, women, and youth -- more about the make-up of the blended group. Two of that pre-registered roster have "issues" (failed Spring or Summer Term required coursework) as far as meeting the prerequisites. More about this as well in upcoming posts.
We will take time to clarify about the textbook and online aspects of the course as well as the items purchased thus far by them from the College Bookstore in Benton Harbor (Barnes & Noble: http://whywaitforbooks.com/ )
