will put before the 100 senators today --
a "Right to In Vitro Fertilization" act that would
make federal law ensure a Right for individuals
to receive IVF treatment which would override
any attempt at the State level to restrict access.
Mandate would cover employer-sponsored insurance
plans and expand what is already available under
U.S. military service members and veterans coverage.

Needed 60 votes to move forward and only 2 republicans in Senate voted with all Democrats present to make the vote for procedural continuing 51 - 44.
