succeeded in forcing the legislation
by PETITION to make fellow
House members vote for or against
the release of Epstein-Maxwell
files held now by the Pamela Jo
Bondi Dept. of Justice . . .
427 - 1 who opposed = Higgins,
Louisiana
Of the 5 out of 433 total
members of the House who did
not cast a vote or voted present
3 were Democrats, and 2 GOP.
