but very few details are announced as far as major partners
like U.K. & Vietnam -- also up for grabs despite USMC (US. Mexico Canada)
treaty that he bargained out during 2017 forward (Trump-Pence 1.0).
He has already announced 100% Tariffs for non-compliant / negotiating
partners who meet as BRICS (since 2009) and announced on July 7
morning that he would add an additional 10% on their traded goods.
