July 3, 2025 Pentagon Spokesman S. Parnell told

of withholding air defense system interceptors

and precision-guided munitions to Ukraine

as part of a global review of where the

Pentagon is sending such artillery rounds 

"to help POTUS and Hegseth make decisions" 

THIS PRESS CONFERENCE was his first

in 4 months -- Parnell attempted a general

explanation : "We can't give weapons to

everybody all around the world; we have to

look out for America and defend our

Secy. Hegseth demands 8% planned budget

cuts in upcoming FY budgets, likely to

move full-time Pentagon employees to

contract basis, making it easier to fire them.
