Laws must be passed by House and Senate and be signed by POTUS -- National Holidays not Exec. Proclamation

It is a matter of legal consequence that

any POTUS - GOP, Democrat, Whig, Federalist

cannot declare a national holiday / day of observance

without the Bill doing so has passed Congress and then gets

signed into law -- we DO NOT YET live in an

instant gratification culture where what "X" or

"Truth Social" or "FaceBook" or "InstaGram"

declares to be the case is just the way it will be.

POTUS Trump 2.0 cannot just wish it to be 

the case that the former "VETERANS DAY"

is something never intended for it to be and it

will start that way Nov. 11, 2025 and henceforth.

Veterans' groups like Iraq and Afghanistan

Veterans of America cannot be suddenly told

there will be holidays of "Victory" for

World War I and World War II and that's that.
