Frank McIntosh, FAA official

Deputy Chief operating official at the

Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) told

members of Congress today that

the Trump-Vance Dept. of Transportation

incurred a loss of one of the air traffic

controllers' frequencies at the

Denver International Airport

on Monday May 12, 2025.

Turning to a back-up frequency

worked only for 2 minutes

and they told pilots to access

emergency channels.

As the FAA faces these problems

it still long after Jan. 20, 2025 inauguration

and Trump-Vance control over the

Executive Branch of the Constitutional

government does NOT have a

permanent head of the Authority.
