Comments by Radak (David Kimhi ca. 1160 - 1235) - exegesis of Psalm 117

Radak, who sees Psalm 117 as applying to the future, at the time of the coming of the Messiah, explains that the other nations will feel compelled to praise God when He frees Israel from their control, in recognition of God's fidelity to Israel throughout the long period of the Diaspora. [from The Jewish Study Bible, editors Adele Berlin and Marc Zvi Brettler, Oxford University Press, 2009]

Here is the TANAKH Translation (Jewish Publication Society) of Psalm 117 -- page 1413 of The_Jewish_Study_Bible (2009):
Praise the LORD, all you nations;
extol Him, all you peoples,
for great is His steadfast love toward us; the faithfulness of the LORD endures forever. Hallelujah.
