Remembering the greatest historical figure of the 19th century
On Monday, April 13, as we mark the 150th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln’s assassination, we will host Lincoln’s Legacy: An Evening with Doris Kearns Goodwin.
Kearns Goodwin is a Pulitzer Prize winner and former presidential adviser, as well as the author of six best-selling books, including Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln, on which Steven Spielberg based his Academy Award-winning film, Lincoln.
