High on the Mizzen Shrouds,
He Remembers them
Tolled up toward leafy frequence
the golden tree frogs come
from the harsh moulds of winter
to celebrate the sum
of ponds spilled wide through Berkshire
with green light on green scum
with tadpoles quick to sequence
with dragonfly hum.
