ELECTION DAY 2025 (Nov. 4, 2025 at your polling place) until 8 p.m. Michigan -- vote for Civic & County ballot measures: Participatory Democracy

While there are "ABSENTEE BALLOTS"

available for those who can show they will

be away due to military service / college

out-of-state / region or business that

requires a voter to be unavailable on that 

VOTING opportunity --

All who would

VOTE in the Michigan ballot

measures / municipal matters - officials

must get to the polls today

after 7 a.m. and up to 8 p.m.

as no "EARLY VOTING" is being allowed for

in the 2025 election / public up / down vote on

significant choices.

FOR Berrien County, Niles Township there are

two BALLOT PROPOSALS on the expansion

or prohibition of Cannabis / retail recreational

marijuana sales to patrons over 21 with valid I.D.

The Township council and the Supervisor herself

proceeded in 2025 to offer sales permits / business

approval for retail and order (as per MICHIGAN Law).

Whether that expansion strip from Fulkerson Road on

11th Street South all the way to State Line Road, 11th

street remains a "Marijuana Zone" will be up to this

public vote / ballot.  You must turn out during voting

7 a.m. until 8 p.m.
