RULES =
all contestants must be one year or older
dogs must be sociable with other dogs, adults, children
only one costume per pet
all pets must be up-to-date with vaccinations and provide
proof from your veterinarian
pets must be leashed and under control at all times
people-costume allowed but are not judged
obscene, lewd, or cruel costumes NOT PERMITTED
costumes must be safe and comfortable for the dog
no dogs in heat
owners-handlers must clean up after pet
FEE : $20 per pet
