In 34 states, the customers of CVS can receive the
current COVID-19 vaccination; in 13 states and the
District of Columbia, Americans can be vaccinated,
depending on age, with a prescription. In 3 states,
Massachusetts,
New Mexico,
Nevada
the COVID Vaccine isn't being offered.

Niles High School will host a Covid Vaccination clinic next Wednesday, June 9, 2021 from 3:00-6:00 p.m.
➡️ Students that are 12-15 must have a signed consent form and be accompanied by a parent.
➡️ 16 and 17 year olds only need the consent form signed by the parent to participate.
Hard copy consent forms are available in the main office at the high school.
