COVID-19 vaccination clinic at local High School - June 9, 2021 afternoon

Niles High School will host a Covid Vaccination clinic next Wednesday, June 9th from 3:00-6:00.

➡️ Students that are 12-15 must have a signed consent form and be accompanied by a parent.

➡️ 16 and 17 year olds only need the consent form signed by the parent to participate.

Hard copy consent forms are available in the main office at the high school.
