Harvard University attorneys will make their first in-person

arguments before a Boston, Mass. federal courtroom

Its strategy is to use the POTUS Trump's statements

as evidence that the government is on a political

crusade against the school.

At stake is the 70-year-old Harvard

tradition of admitting top students

from around the globe; a visa ban

would affect 7,000 students currently

enrolled and other incoming students

who had expected to enroll in summer

and fall.

On the Trump-Vance side,

Lawyers on the Dept. of Justice have not

yet submitted any written arguments on

the case.

Revoking a university's right to host

international students is an extraordinary

measure.  In court papers, Harvard has

maintained that the Trump-Vance lawyers/

legal complainants bypassed detailed

procedures that might lead to a revocation.
