N. Indiana branch of National Weather Service has taken their radar offline
for 2 weeks in order to upgrade that will keep it in service for
as long as possible. Even though the local radar is down,
the weather forecasting for TV stations can continue.

South Bend, IN television weather departments will look at Grand Rapids, MI and Chicago, IL area
Doppler radar sites to get needed data.
Possibly Central Illinois or Wilmington, OH
