Tropical Storm Fiona has centered itself 90 miles S x SE of St. Croix of the
U.S. Virgin Islands
Maximum sustained winds of 60 MPH. short of the 74 MPH for a tropical hurricane
one of its threats is sustained rainfall 12 - 16 inches , with 20 inches in isolated areas.

The storm could also be at hurricane strength when it passes over or near
the Dominican Republic Monday 9/19.
