The local church observed yesterday its
SESQUICENTENNIAL with a morning worship
and social reception and catered dinner in the town
in Central Illinois (near Bloomington and Mahomet, IL)
My best wishes to those present for the exuberant and delightful
service that included a "Birthday" homily by Iroquois District
Superintendent Angie Lee of Champaign, IL and music by
the church youth and children (dance video sing-along) and
the sanctuary choir (Anthem medley) led by Director Ruth Davis.
O, happy day!
