* WHERE...Cass and Berrien Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
Patchy blowing snow may reduce visibility.
The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
