The 2022 route will be the same as the last couple of years. We will start in the boat launch lot like normal and finish near Front Street Pizza location by the theater. We suggest parking downtown, like normal, and walking to the start in the parking lot just down the river trail to the South. Your car will be waiting for you at the finish.
Chris and Keri Pawielski are excited to announce that the Niles Frigid 5K will continue! They are handing the race off to LifePlan, a nonprofit with locations in Niles and Benton Harbor, and race proceeds will go to help LifePlan help men, women, and families in the community. Chris and Keri are working with LifePlan to bring the Frigid 5K to Niles in 2022.
Join us in downtown Niles on January 15th for a run in the snow (maybe). Your run, or brisk walk, will take you along the picturesque St. Joseph River. The run will be followed with warm chili, cookies, and an age group awards presentation.
We have running and walking categories.
We'll allow registration until 8:30AM on raceday.
PACKET PICK-UP will take place at LifePlan, 527 E. Main St., Niles, on Friday, January 14 from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, and starting at 7:30 AM at the amphitheater at Riverfront Park in Niles on Saturday, January 15.
