Federal EPA officials are stating that a major oil spill happened Tuesday July 27 -- in an updated estimate, they released their estimated data on Enbridge, Inc. which owns the oil pipeline. Governor Jennifer Granholm warned of a tragedy of historic proportions if it reaches Lake Michigan (80 miles downstream from site of spill-leakage). . .
