Trump vetoes two bipartisan measures : Colorado and Florida affected

This will cause a "ripple" effect due to the

non-controversial work of a Congressional

consensus and compromise that had been worked

out -- the Legislative branch "enablers" of the

Unitary Executive Theory that culminated in

such mass lay-offs and quandaries for those

inside the Executive Branch rank-and-file

will now learn what is "nailed down" and

what is "out the door."

 In order to overcome the

Presidential Veto,

the two house of the Legislature

House of Representatives

and the

U.S. Senate

would need to muster 2/3rd

majority over-ride
