that emerged during June 2025 -- it will also punish
any nations that cut it out in deals with the U.S.
trade / Commerce / Treasury arrangements.

On June 27, 2025 NPR reported that Commerce Secy.
Howard Lutnick is praising the nations
of China and India for signing on
trade "deals" with the U.S. as of
Thursday 26 June 2025. Neither
Trump nor Lutnick provide any agreements
on the "deals" to Bloomberg News
about what was signed in the final week
of June 2025. In a statement from China's
commerce ministry, details about a needed
access to rare earths and minerals for
U.S. manufacturing were omitted / nil / nada.

Trump continues to talk about how many nations
are signing the "deals" without giving any specifics nor
stating at what date formal agreements will have a joint
leader-to-leader in-person ceremony.
