#DJT has fired the top archivist, head of
National Archives and Records Administration.
No cause or reason was stated.
Colleen Shagan, the first woman appointed to the
typically apolitical role, was not involved in the
criminal investigations of Trump's handling of
classified documents, and was not the leader of
the Archives when it raised concerns about #DJT.
She also had high-profile clashes with the Biden-
Harris administration. She began her job in May 2023.
