Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Slick roads expected due to dropping temperatures. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
