WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THURSDAY January 24 TO 1 PM EST FRIDAY January 25, 2019... * 

Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches expected. Winds from the west will be 15 to 25 mph with gusts as high as 35 mph. This will lead to patchy blowing snow. * WHERE...Berrien and Cass Counties. * 

WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Friday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening or Friday morning commutes. Also...wind chill values of 5 below to 15 below zero are expected Friday morning.
