Caleb Nelson, "originalist" scholar -
advocate for current majority of SCOTUS
opinions / votes on current and
recent cases before the Court --
now has written of his opposition to the
UNITARY THEORY of the EXECUTIVE
in the Constitution and Government
basis of power-sharing (or lack thereof). . .

Today is Oct. 13, 2025 -- the Roberts court now in its 20th year
relies heavily on "Originalist" underpinnings for many of
its radical, heavy-handed discarding of STARE DECISIS and
about-face rulings / overturning of established prior Court
Decisions having social / individual rights decisions . . .
NELSON's ESSAY points that
Chief Executive in future may not have "common sense"
of original POTUS, George Washington who limited
his use of possible extreme extensions of Presidential power.
