the Mediterranean Sea -- Intl. cmte. of Red Cross/Crescent
points out that control of distribution is needed to ensure that
starving people don't risk their lives by eating the wrong things. . .
air drops do not and cannot substitute for humanitarian aid to Gaza
(including water and medicine/s)
