Flood Warning (April 30, 2020) - Berrien County Michigan

LAKESHORE FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WINDS AND WAVES...Winds northwest 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. This will result in waves of 8 to 14 feet, occasionally 18 feet.

* TIMING...through this evening April 30, 2020.

* IMPACTS...High wave action will result in beach erosion and lakeshore flooding.
A Lakeshore Flood Warning means that flooding is occurring or imminent along the lake. Residents on or near the shore in the warned area should be alert for rising water...and take appropriate action to protect life and property.
