The Department of Art, Art History & Design in conjunction with the School of Architecture and the Department of Classics presents a DeCenzo Lecture by Prof. Doct. Umberto Pappalardo, Director of the Centro Internazionale Studi Pompeiani in Pompeii.
Umberto Pappalardo is Director of the International Center for Pompeian Studies (CISP) in Pompeii and Professor of Greek and Roman Archaeology at the Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples, Italy. He has directed and supervised excavations in Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Israel, and he has collaborated with the Corinth Excavations of the American School of Classical Studies at Athens.
