office of POTUS signing a record # of
Exec. Orders that day following the
swearing in at the Capitol Rotunda . . .
He had sat in the SCOTUS court
hearing room to hear the Solicitor
General argue for his side, then left
after 13 minutes of the ACLU case
being made in opposition when the
Justices (including 3 he had installed)
asked questions / raised objections
on both sides of the legal argumentation.
