Lindsey Halligan's vague charges against Veteran Lawman James Comey

The brand new acting U.S. attorney for Eastern Virginia

Lindsey Halligan

had 3 chores last Thursday:

to navigate an unfamiliar courthouse,

make her first-ever appearance in a criminal case,

indict one of President Donald John Trump's enemies.

She took over on Monday 9/22/25 when her predecessor

quit rather than prosecute James Comey, former FBI

director.

She had a little trouble last Thursday :

at one point she entered the wrong courtroom,

when she found the right one, she stood on the

wrong side of the judge, then appeared confused

about the paperwork she had just signed.

But she did accomplish the third "chore" --

Lindsey Halligan has assured her place in

judicial and law enforcement history -- her motion

before a Federal Judge has indicted_ a former

FBI Director -- that task mattered most to her

personal boss, Donald John Trump.  She was

a personal lawyer to him in Florida between his

terms as POTUS 45 and POTUS 47, during the

accusations of stealing classified documents / data

and warehousing in various rooms / closets, et cetera

at Mar - a - Lago, golf resort, private club/residence,

Palm Springs, FL.

IN the opening days of Sept. 29 - Oct. 3, 2025

there will be much media and nationwide discussion about the

 the vagueness and unclear

nature of the

Obstruction

&

False Statement

charges
