Yoon Sook Yeoul - as President in S. Korea, His Presidential Powers are Suspended

South Korea's President who declared Martial Law this month

and who is today impeached by the constitutional

court (Dec. 14, 2024).

Celebrations broke out across the cities and regions

of South Korea.  He did vow to fight removal from

office

UPDATE: He awaits ruling from Constitutional Court of Korea

as far as whether he is permanently removed from office or

might be restored to hold that high office in 2025

As of Mid-January 2025, no ruling has been given by the 

high Court.
