Kalamazoo:
First-responders, current and former elected officials and community members will come together in Kalamazoo’s Bronson Park for an hourlong ceremony, starting at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 11. The free event will feature a “last alarm” sounded by the Portage Fire Department, a wreath laying, 21-gun salute, multiple speeches, music and more. WMMT TV3 news anchor Andy Dominianni will emcee the event.
