Curbside Pickup Service

As we begin Phase 3 of our Covid-19 Reopening Plan, NDL is proud to offer Curbside Pickup starting Monday, June 8th, 2020 for most materials while staff work on getting library operations back to normal.
How does Curbside Pickup work?
Simply make a request (see below) and a staff member will call you when your order is ready for pickup. You will have 48 hours from that time to come pick up your materials before the hold expires. When you arrive at the Library pull into the right-hand lane, call the number, and a staff member will bring your materials out to your vehicle checked out and ready to go.
How can I request materials?Materials may be requested over the phone during normal library hours, through a Holds Request Form, or place holds via our catalog with your NDL online account.
When can I get my order?Curbside Pickup hours are Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Friday/Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
What materials may I check out?
