The state’s year-and-a-half-long budget impasse will be lingering over Gov. Bruce Rauner’s State of the State Address in Springfield on Wednesday (Jan. 25, 2017).
This will be Rauner’s third State of the State. At noon he’s expected to highlight successes from the past two years and address the looming challenges.
