• Iowa Democrats can apply to hold a satellite site at places like factories, group homes, or community gathering places, to better accommodate people who cannot attend their in-person caucus. This option will be especially useful for shift workers, Iowans with disabilities, Iowans serving overseas, and students.

• The IDP will create a special satellite-caucus review committee that will review applications and determine approval …

* Flood Advisory for... Western Cass County in southwestern Michigan... Berrien County in southwestern Michigan... * Until 530 AM EDT. * At 234 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. A report of an inch of rain in 30 minutes was received from the south side of Benton Harbor. Radar also estimates an inch or more of rain falling across much of southern Berrien county into western Cass county. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Niles, Michigan

Since our first sale in 1968, the Michiana Mennonite Relief Sale has been raising funds to support the projects and programs of Mennonite Central Committee, a worldwide ministry of Anabaptist churches. MCC shares God’s love and compassion for all in the name of Christ by responding to basic human needs and working for peace and justice. The sale is one of forty relief sale events in the U.S. and Canada that together raise over 4.5 million dollars annually. The sale is made possible with the help of hundreds of volunteers who contribute their time and resources.

Attendees can purchase  a variety donated items in the various auctions, craft building, as well all of the many food booths. Some events include Run for Relief, music and children's activities.

Organ Recital (Sept. 22, 2019 at 8 p.m.) -- Sacred Heart Basilica, Notre Dame, IN

Organist Daniel Sansone (who has played concert recitals at the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, Washington, D.C.) will perform at a Free Recital at the Univ. of Notre Dame campus Basilica.

He will present works by J.S. Bach and Jehan Alain as well as the Organ Sonata by Herbert Howells.

No tickets needed; the event is free to the public and to students, faculty, staff.
