Over the Cuckoo's Nest
born Sept. 27, 1933 on
Okmulgee, state of Oklahoma,
a Creek Indian by birth. He also
starred opposite Clint Eastwood
in The Outlaw Josey Wales (1976)
and even played a supernatural
shaman / medium in the horror
sequel Poltergeist 2 (1986). He
died age 54 of health complications
in 1987 and was buried on the
reservation where he grew up.
