Bayeux Tapestry - a British historical artwork - returned to London for viewing

The embroidered work of art

which illustrates the Norman

invasion in 1066 C.E. will go

on display for the first time in

centuries.  It is a 230-foot work

made in the years after the

Norman conquest.

It will be moved from a museum in

northwest France, some 160 miles north of Paris.
