AT 9:15 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM BUCHANAN, MI TO 7 MILES WEST OF SOUTH BEND, IN TO KOONTZ LAKE... MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
