A Day to serve others -- fan of the STAR WARS franchise (created by George Lucas) -- May 4th be with you

from "Star Wars in the Classroom" dot-com website = [i]n the spirit of the Jedi, we are also encouraging Star Wars fans to spend some of their time on May 4th serving others. With the understanding that “Jedi serve others rather than ruling over them,” we can be just as honorable and noble by finding a way to lend a helping hand to those in need. It can be the smallest of acts, yet have the greatest impact for someone who could use your assistance. Participating in acts of service is nothing new to Star Wars fans and is an integral part of the missions of the 501st and Rebel Legions.
